A Legacy is a Personal Matter
No two homes are alike. In fact your choice of a new home is a very personal matter. Have you ever noticed how more and more new homes seem to come from the same cookie cutter? That’s not the way things are done at Legacy Homes. We are dedicated to creating the best possible home for each neighborhood, each home site and each homebuyer. We listen to our customers. We stay ahead of the industry trends in terms of design, finishes, fixture and features. And we use our years of experience to deliver something worthy of the word “legacy” — both yours and ours.
When it comes time to think about your legacy, we invite you to join Legacy Homes in the conversation. We promise to add value, and, even more important, we promise to make the process a memorable experience.
Strong Management by a Team Who Cares
“Every home built by Legacy is a customized reflection of that client’s dream – a place that will be cherished for many years.” Matt’s devotion to making clients’ dreams come true has led to an exceptional record of success in the new home industry. In 2006, Matt turned his career emphasis to “New Home Sales” and quickly became a successful Buyers Agent working for one of the “Top Ten” homebuilders in the state, earning accolades as a top Buyers Agent year after year. He credits this success to his passion for the “new home process” as he guides clients through the creation of their new home. In 2009, Matt found the perfect professional match at Legacy Homes of Washington. “To be at part of this team, surrounded by individuals determined to build the best homes possible, is a dream,” he says. Matt now resides in Preston, Washington with his wife and daughter.
Jed has lived and breathed fine home building his entire life. As a Puget Sound native, Jed has an instinctive feel for the unique style and character of a home that makes it perfect for the Pacific Northwest. Following in the footsteps of his father, John Murphey, a renowned builder of luxury and custom homes, Jed is strongly motivated and is encouraged to exceed the homebuyer’s expectations. Jed’s vision for Legacy Homes is simple: “I wanted to create a company culture that balances high-quality construction practices, environmental sensitivity and impeccable service to yield a Customer Experience unmatched anywhere and by anyone.”
